Job Description:
As a Sales and Marketing Account Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales and developing marketing campaigns to achieve revenue goals and corporate objectives. You will be involved in the entire sales cycle from lead generation, customer presentations, product demos, to contracts. Through your consultative sales experience you will be responsible for understanding customer goals and proposing solutions using the appropriate Intangi software. You will help define the future of Intangi's products through your understanding of our customer's issues and needs.
Responsibilities:
- Generate sales to achieve revenue goals
- Develop marketing campaigns to meet corporate objectives
- Generate marketing collateral, subject papers, etc.
- A minimum of 5+ years related software selling experience.
- A successful record of selling complex enterprise software solutions including experience in closing software deals with recurring revenues and licenses.
- Ability to develop relationships and influence senior level executives
- Proficient in running the entire software sales cycle
- Experience developing marketing campaign, rollout and communications strategies.
- Experience in market analysis, product marketing, and publishing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A winner's attitude and a desire to work for a technically focused software company.
- A technical background and strong interest in networking and system engineering is desired.
- An understanding of software product development is desired.
- BS in business administration or engineering or computer science is desired.

Software Developer
Job Description:
As a C++ software developer you will be designing and developing software applications and components in the technical sales force automation area. In this role you will immediately be responsible for enhancing and refactoring large complex software applications and you will be involved in the entire software cycle (requirements analysis, design, implementation, documentation, SQA, and maintenance).
Responsibilities:
- Development of applications/utilities for sales force automation.
- Maintenance of existing applications/utilities.
- Configuration and testing of hardware/software environments
- Help define product roadmap and future direction for platform technologies.
- Work independently and in teams to complete large-scale complex development projects.
- Work with cross functional team members including developers, QA engineers, technical writers, support engineers and product managers.
- 6+ years of strong C/C++ language implementation/compilation/optimization
- Object Oriented analysis, design and programming; and client/server and multi-tier applications development.
- Strong software architectural design skills
- Experience in Web UI technologies, including HTML, DHTML, JavaScript & JSP
- Experience with CRM and ERP applications, RDBMS, XML, XSL desirable
- Proven ability to work in fast paced, deadline driven environment needed.
- Self-starter and motivated team player
- Degree in Computer Science, a related field, or the equivalent required.

Technical Support Specialist
Job Description:
We're looking for a bright, energetic Technical Support Specialist to help our customers realize the full benefits of Intangi's Technical Sales Force Automation products. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will support customers, during pre-sales and post-sales to give guidance on the optimal use of the best BPM/TSFA solution in the industry.
The ideal candidate should be experienced in complex, enterprise-class applications support. Communication skills and unbridled enthusiasm are imperative. Networking or systems engineering experience is definitely a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Recognize and escalate difficult technical / business issues within the Customer Support organization
- Work with support and/or product development personnel to troubleshoot and workaround product issues
- Perform in-depth diagnostic work, including log file review, customer and product code review, and root cause analysis
- Create Knowledge Base Articles / Technical Notes
- File enhancement requests and work with product management / product marketing to understand requested product enhancements
- Work to improve customer support methods and processes
- May travel up to 5% of the time
- Good verbal, written and listening skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving, follow-up, and time management skills
- Demonstrated experience in complex application support and network technology
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Computer or Information Management, or related education or experience
- Experience implementing or supporting large enterprise software solutions
- Experience diagnosing and fixing problems in complex software
