Products and their configuration rules, documentation, and graphics are embedded in models that contain all pertinent details including plugins, spares, software, services, and accessories. Users choose desired products from a product catalog and are visually guided to build only valid configurations.

Envision automatically updates the bill of materials to reflect the current design. Users don't have to remember arcane part numbers or the related services, spares, etc. There is no guesswork and no omissions.

Solution Wizards
Criteria-based GUIs can be easily created that will produce properly configured products based on user preferences such as inputs, load factors and similar requirements. These wizards can also assist users in product selection by filtering choices based upon desired product features.

Easy Modeling and Publishing
Envision, together with Intangi's Ideas and Insight client products, are based on a common platform. All of these products utilize a knowledgebase created with Modeler-a powerful knowledge management application that captures, manages, and distributes product configuration and design rules. Such a knowledgebase ensures accuracy and currency of product information, rules, tech notes, pricing, etc.

Modeler allows information owners, not programmers, to easily write configuration rules, create or modify models, and publish these updated changes to the Envision web client.
